Our Background in Residential Plumbing

LT Ross Plumbing was established in 2023, building on founder Ruslan Atanasov’s residential plumbing experience dating back to 2010.

His background includes five years with Delta Mechanical, followed by repiping work with other contractors in San Diego and Orange County.

That experience developed through whole-home repiping, water heater replacements, and plumbing installations and repairs.

Today, that practical background shapes LT Ross Plumbing’s approach: understand the existing system, plan the work carefully, and test the installation before completing the project.
